Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, honey, eggs, vanilla and sea salt. Add in fine macaroon coconut, shredded coconut, SunRype FruitSource Bar pieces or Bites, and chocolate chips. Put into mini cupcake papers or on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. WARNING: These cookies are addictive. You might not want to share!
